Returns and refunds are at our discretion. We do not refund pre orders and if there is an issue with your order we will contact the producer on your behalf to see what can be done. If for some reason an Item is to be returned it is at the buyers expense.
Important! When you make an order we are charged a payment processing fee. We are also charged a currency conversion fee for orders not paid in USD. In the event of a refund these fees will be deducted from the refund amount as they are still charged to us either way and no returned by Shopify or Paypal.
